Presidential AI Bot Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing to use the Presidential AI bot (the "Bot") on your Discord server. By using the Bot, you agree to abide by the following terms of service (the "Agreement"):

  1. Acceptance of Terms. By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as the OpenAI and ElevenLabs Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the services that this bot interfaces with, then you may not use the Bot.
  2. Purpose of the Bot. The Bot is intended for parody purposes only. Any use of the Bot for malicious or harmful purposes is strictly prohibited.
  3. Revocation of Access. The Bot reserves the right to revoke access to any Discord server at any time if it deems that the server is violating this Agreement or is being used for malicious or harmful purposes. Specifically noteworthy is impersonation of any of the characters parodied by the bot, including but not limited to President Donald Trump, President Joe Biden, and President Barack Obama.
  4. Limitations on Use. The Bot may not be used for impersonation or to mislead others in any way. The Bot is not intended to be used to spread false information or to engage in any activity that may cause harm or damage to individuals or groups.
  5. Limitations on Liability. The Bot is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. The Bot will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Bot or the inability to use the Bot.
  6. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot and its creators from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Bot.
  7. Changes to the Agreement. The Bot reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Bots website or through the Bots Discord channel.
  8. Governing Law. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California in which the Bot is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  9. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Bot with respect to the use of the Bot.
