This Privacy Policy outlines how our Discord bot, named Presidential AI, handles and protects user information when reading messages in Discord servers. As a message reader bot, Presidential AI does not store or retain any messages, and user privacy is a top priority for us.

The sole purpose of Presidential AI is to provide its intended functions as described by its features. It may collect and process message data in real-time for immediate use within the Discord server, such as responding to commands or performing actions based on specific keywords or triggers. However, it does not retain or store any information after it has performed its functions.
Data Sharing: As Presidential AI does not collect or store any user data besides those that directly interface with the bot. It does not share any information with third parties besides ElevenLabs and OpenAI, the service providers of the AI services used for the bot. Further still, none of the information provided to these services can be traced back to any specific Discord server or user externally.

We take appropriate security measures to protect the information processed by Presidential AI. This includes using secure communication protocols and encryption methods to ensure that messages and data transmitted to and from the bot are safeguarded. All our keys in production are encrypted at rest.
